SpyCamMan ships to all North American destinations via Canada Post and The United States Postal Service in volume to ensure that you get the best shipping rates with a promise of guaranteed service to the largest outreach of customers both urban and rural.
The speed of delivery depends of product availability and on the service level you choose at the time of checkout. Shipping delays can be expected if product is back ordered, certain assembly is required or special permits must be obtained prior to delivery of your order. The delivery dates offered at checkout are a best estimate.
We can appreciate that special circumstances may require that product be urgently shipped and your concerns are very important to us. SpyCamMan is always willing to assist in your time of need. Please inform us that your need is urgent and we will expedite our efforts and do everything we can to offer you a valued product solution that suits your needs and time frame.
Discretion
Due to the nature of our products many customers express concern about discretion in our shipping containers and documentation. You can rest assured that all orders are shipped in plain unmarked boxes with no markings or description of of their contents. We can ship to any alternate address of your choosing or P.O.boxes as well.
International Orders
SpyCamMan does ship to international destinations. However, due to the increasing number of fraud cases with overseas destinations we require a credit card pre-authorization or wire transfer prior to shipping to your destination. A formal quote must be prepared to ensure accuracy both in shipping and foreign duty charges are applied.
Order Tracking
All customers are emailed tracking information when your order ships. You may at any time log into your SpyCamMan account and view the status of your order.
Order Status Codes
From the moment your on-line order request takes place a series of processes begin for SpyCamMan to start building your camera purchase. At any time you can log into your SpyCamMan account and check current the status of your order build. Depending on the product(s) ordered some of these order status updates will not apply.
Pending Payment = Your on-line order has been received, payment has not yet been cleared for approval or credit card validation is not yet complete.
Approved/Processing = Your order has been accepted and pre-approved by our payment processing system; Final payment clearance is pending.
Canceled = Order has failed payment processing; ie. Credit card declined.
On-Order =Product(s) ordered are not in stock and must be ordered from an outside supplier. On average expect delays of 2-3 weeks.
Order Accepted / Building = Final Payment has been cleared and your order is currently being assembled and prepared for shipment.
Drop Ship = Final Payment has been cleared and your order will be shipped via another SpyCamMan warehouse or supporting supply source. No delays are expected.
