RETURN POLICY

Please keep all original packaging! We will only accept a return if returned in original boxes that you received it in. All products may be returned for exchange within 30 days from date of delivery (the products must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used, with all manufacturer included accessories). Please include your original order number with all correspondence.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping charges. Return Authorizations are valid for 10 days from the date issued. All products returned must be in original packaging, and include all reference materials included in the original package.

Special Order items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. All returned merchandise must be in the original carton and packing material. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to SpyCamMan in like fashion. We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not comply with our Return Policy.

IN WARRANTY PRODUCTS:
At our Discretion, SpyCamMan will repair or replace without charge to the customer any merchandise proven defective in material or workmanship for the period of the manufacturer warranty. Manufacture terms and conditions of warranty policy are indicated on warranty materials packed within your shipment.

OUT OF WARRANTY PRODUCTS:
When merchandise is returned as defective and is no longer covered under the warranty period or warranty has been void due to misuse of equipment or acts of nature the customer will be advised of an estimated cost for repair. Customer must authorize this quote of service within 14 business days of notification. If such acknowledgment has not been received, SpyCamMan reserves the right to dispose of defective merchandise.

We ship Canada Post or DHL. All Orders shipped require an authorized signature upon receipt.
